Each ml contains:
Colistin Sulfate .......10mg        
Tylosin Tartrate ......50mg
INDICATION:
Actvie against Gram postive, Gram Nagetive bacteria, mycoplasma, rickettsia, spirochaetes
DOSAGE:
Parenteral, intramuscular injection. Treatment. Period: maximum3 days
POULTRY: 1ml 5 kg body weight maximum dose is 10ml
LARGE ANIMAL: 1ml 10 kg body weight maximum dose is 20ml
